A Few More Transformations

We built a smaller closet for the water heater and added a utility sink with some storage cabinets
This master bathroom was very small. The customers wanted a bigger bathroom with a walk-in shower. As you can see, we have already started the demo process into the guest closet
We combined the bathroom with the guest bedroom closet and also pushed out one of the walls to give them a spacious master bathroom
Here is their walk-in shower with three different options for showering, including rain head
These carpeted stairs were in dire need of some new treads and risers. We have already replaced the plywood because the original was soaked and ruined with pet urine
We finished the stairs with stained oak treads and painted risers
We are about ready to replace this window with a door into their master bedroom
Now they can walk from their master bedroom to their backyard through this beautiful sliding glass door
This customer wanted a fireplace wall. Here is a before of the wall
And here the fireplace wall is all finished with the electric fireplace installed
This customer wanted a handrail added to their steps for safety
After we installed the hand railing and matched it to the existing railing
They wanted some privacy between the alley and their backyard and patio
So, we installed a fence onto their concrete patio area
We are preparing this brick fireplace for stack stone and a stone hearth
The fireplace is complete with stone hearth and the insert has been put in. Now it just needs a mantle
Sorry, we do not have a before picture for this one. But this was just an empty storage room that we converted into a bathroom and laundry room with plenty of storage and workspace
We do not have a before picture of this project either. This was an outdated house that we remodeled. In this picture you can see the new floors, trim and barn doors that we put in to give it some character
